Click here to Watch Force v Chiefs Live Saturday 22nd March 11:00 GMT
The Western Force sprung a major surprise last weekend with their stunning victory in Dunedin against the Highlanders by 31-29, and will be keen to build on that performance, with another win on their own soil when they face the Chiefs on Saturday. Last weeks result meant that the Force had secured back to back bonus point victories, the first time that they had won successive victories since April 2011, and the first time in their 117 match history that they had secured consecutive try-scoring bonus point wins.
In the seven games that these two sides have played against each other, the Force have won just once, in Perth in 2008 by just 22-21, with the other six games resulting in wins for the Chiefs. There one victory occurred at the Subiaco Perth Oval, so they have yet to win at their own nib Stadium, where Saturday's game will take place.
The Force keeps the same backline that has served them so well in the last two matches. They have, however, brought back Hugh McMeniman into the second row. But they will be without the suspended Ben McCalman.
The Chiefs have however, made a number of changes to their side. With Mils Muliaina selected on the wing, Mike Fitzgerald is starting at lock, and Sam Cane making a first start of the season after injury. Asaeli Tikoirotuma plays on the other wing, with the midfield made up of Tim Nanai Williams and Tom Marshall.
